These past few day i have been learning about gender equality aswell as wealth disparity. I have a few questions that I had to answer.
What are the social considerations of gender equality?
Social policies including things related to social protection, health and care, education, housing, poverty or unemployment.
What are the technological considerations of this topic?
Innovation and technology can support our work for gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls for sustainable devolopment. Transformative technology means iclusivity in education but also in other spaces where women still are underrepresented.
What are the economic considerations of this topic?
Gender equality goes hand in hand with macroeconomic and financial stability. It can stimulate economic growth, boost private and public sectore preformance, and reduce income and inequality.
What are the eithical considerations of this topic?
Gender related judical integrety issues take many forms, including sextortion, sexual harrasment, sexual discrimination, gender bias, unequal gender repasentation, gender stereotyping, or inapropriate sexual conduct.
What are the environmental considerations of this topic?
Women are more reliant on natural resources for thier livelihoods than men as they don’t have equitable access to allternatives such as wage labour and the security and benefits these provide.
What are the political considerations of this topic?
Gender equality, also known as sexual equality or equality of the sexes, ithe state of equal ease of access to resources and oppurtunities regardless of gender, including economic participation and decision-making; and the state of valuing different behaviours, aspirations and need equally, regardless of gender.
What are the legal considreations of gender equality?
The universal declaraion of Human Rights:
Article 2 and 23 state that there can be no distinction or discrimination on the basis of gender, including the right to equal pay for work.
What are the cultral considerations of this topic?
Gender equality in cultral life recognises that no member of society should be privlaged or diadvataged in rights, choices, opportunities, benefits and freedom because they are born, or identify as female or male.
How does gender equality relate to wealth disparity?
Greater gender equality would benefit the economy through there higher growth and lower income inequality. Higher gaps in labour force participation rate between men and women result in inequality of earinings between sexes, thus creating income inequality.
